The apartment “Quercia”, of 40 sq. metre, is on the ground floor of the farmhouse Casa al Piano and consists of living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
The apartment “Olivo”, of 50 sq. metre, is on the ground floor of the farmhouse Casa al Piano and consists of living room with kitchenette and sofa queen size bed, double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
The price includes the use of swimming pool, laundry, barbecue and table and chairs in the garden for outdoor dining.
Pool: included, opening on May 11, closing on October 12, except for the season.
Iincluding: final cleaning, gas, electricity.
Deposit: 150 Euro.
Linen: € 22 per person.
Arrival: on Saturday from 16.00 to 19.00 – departure on Saturday before 10.00.
Cot: free, to be requested when booking.
Animals: not allowed
Tourist tax: from January 1 to December 31 1,50 Euro per person per night (no under 12)

History
Ancient farmhouse dating back to 1698.
Surrounded by natural green areas along the Fosso dei Mulini and a wide garden is located in the manor house “Casa al Piano” which is the main center of the farm.
The location is quiet and surrounded by our vineyards and olive trees.
